Cédric comes from Switzerland and joined the CROP Secretariat as a part-time student intern in August 2016 for a period of five months.
He holds a BA in Communication Management from the Hague University of Applied Sciences, The Netherlands, and is currently taking a second Bachelor degree in Public Administration.
