Global Symposium 2010: Awakening Planetary Consciousness

The Global Symposium is an annual event that has developed a world wide movement through a global partnership with civil society and educational organizations to establish sustainable development, world unity and world peace.

10-13 December 2010 | Lucknow, India

The Conference is organized by the World Movement for the Rights  of Children (WMFRC), an initiative of City Montessori School (CMS), and will take place in parallel to the 11th International Conference of Chief Justices of the World (World Judiciary Summit 2010).

The purpose is to strengthen cooperation among the civil society, to unite their efforts in world interest, and to act and achieve common goals by:
-Laying a strong foundation of a nuclear-free, democratic, sustainable, just and peaceful world order
-Creating a widespread awareness about issues
-Serving to create the basis for a Union of Peoples
-Adopting appropriate Resolutions
-Assembling the innovative ideas and creative experiences of non-governmental and international organizations
