Siglo XXI Editores in cooperation with College of the Northern Border (Colef), National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), University of Guadalajara and CROP, invite to the launch of the new book series "La cuestión social" (The social question), and the first book in the series "El estado social en México" (The social state in Mexico - A century of reforms towards a system of exclusive welfare), by Gerardo Ordóñez Barba.
